Logistics Assistant

Shift: Work only during the day time
Description Primary Objective: Receives goods from our own production line based in South Korea and unloads and inventories those goods. Picks, packs, and scan orders to fulfill customer orders per customer requirements. Confirms accuracy of customer orders.
Receives goods delivered to the company for storage by unloading the merchandise from the delivery and checking that goods match delivery documents in quantity and without any defects.
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
Confirms accuracy of customer orders and reports any order discrepancies.
Follows job expectations, processes procedures and requirements as prescribed by corporate guidelines.
Maintains productivity to the established standard (or to maintain efficiency and effectiveness).
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally with Korean staffs from Korea (Optional: this company is based in South Korea; there may be possibilities work with staffs from Korea).

Responsibilities:
Administrative support – Data entry, management, tracking, and reporting
Manage, ship, track, and receive marketing inventory assets
Support continuing education events, attending (travel) whenever necessary
Collaborate with other teammates within marketing department to support department projects
Learning various aspects of marketing, continuing education, and events
Assist education manager with data collection, analyses, and reporting
Communicate with internal and external parties necessary to complete assigned tasks
